    What are the new Dual Mode, Mask Mode, and AI Mode features?

    • Dual Mode lets you combine two modes at the same time, allowing you to target multiple skin concerns in a single routine while saving time. Dual Mode combinations can be customized in the AGE-R App.Sheet Mask Boost Mode is designed to be used over a sheet mask to help maximize the absorption of the remaining essence, supporting deeper hydration and a more radiant-looking glow.AI Mode analyzes your skin condition and skincare habits to recommend a personalized care routine. This feature is available exclusively through the AGE-R App.

    Can I use Mask Mode with a gel mask?

    • We recommend using Mask Mode with essence-rich sheet masks rather than gel masks. Sheet masks that contain plenty of essence help the device glide comfortably while supporting better skincare absorption. For the best experience, pair Mask Mode with medicube sheet masks.

    Do I need the AGE-R App?

    • No. You can use the device without the app using its standard modes. However, we recommend installing the AGE-R App to access advanced features such as AI Mode, Dual Mode customization, remote control, and personalized reports.Some features, including AI Mode and Dual Mode customization, are available only through the app.

    Which app do I need?

    • Download the AGE-R App, create a free account, and connect your Booster Pro X2 via Bluetooth.

    Does the device automatically reconnect?

    • Yes. Once paired, Booster Pro X2 automatically reconnects to your smartphone via Bluetooth when the device is turned on.

    Can I use Booster Pro X2 every day?

    • Most modes are suitable for daily use. Air Shot Mode is recommended 2–3 times per week, while the remaining modes can generally be used 1–3 times daily depending on your routine.
